The 2012-2013 Balavihar registration for Chinmaya Saaket and Chinmaya Chitrakoot will take place in 2 phases.

Phase-I: March 26 - April 22, 2012 for existing CMDFW members only.

You can register ONLY in the session you are currently in. Space in the current registered session is guaranteed.

• Failure to register during this phase will release your spot to others.
• No registration is complete unless accompanied by a payment (half or full).
• During registration, you can add a sibling who is a kindergartner.
• Members wishing to switch between sessions will have an opportunity to submit their request during this phase of the registration process. All requests will be addressed on a first-come basis, based on availability of slots.
• Registrations for the cultural classes (Dance, Language and Music) and Slokathon will open in August 2012 after the Balavihar sessions start.
• Phase I will end on Monday, April 22, 2012 at 11:59 PM.

Phase-II: May 01 - September 30, 2012: Registration open to all - new and existing members.

You can register in any available session and grade as enrollment space permits.

If you have registered on-line and received a receipt from PayPal, your registration is confirmed. You will not receive additional confirmation from the registration team.

You will have an opportunity to upgrade your membership category to Chinmaya Parivar for $1200 per year.

• Chinmaya Parivar: Chinmaya Parivar: $1200/year or two installments of $600. (Per-child fees are waived for all cultural classes)

Refunds of registration payments will be honored only if the request is made within 30 days of the start of the session. No refunds will be made after 30 days have elapsed from the start of a session. There will be no exception to this rule. Membership fee of $50 is non-refundable.

• Online Payment:
  • Online registration and payment is strongly encouraged and is the preferred method.
  • The Treasurer has negotiated a reduction in the online service charge from3% to 2%
  • If you have registered on-line and received a receipt from PayPal, your registration is confirmed. You will NOT receive additional confirmation from the registration team.

• Check/Cash: Members who prefer to pay by cash/check MUST create/update their profile information online before they can register or sign up for activities.
  • To  make a payment by cash/check member must come in person to Chinmaya Saaket or Chinmaya Chitrakoot during Balavihar sessions

• Access the Registration tab on www.cmdfw.org. Under the Registration tab click on "Register Now" and the Registration site will open a new window.
• The registration system used is same as last year and should be familiar to you. The system is now hosted on cmdfw.chinmayacloud.com - a secure Chinmaya Mission D/FW website.
• If you are a new member click on "OnePage Register" and create a profile for your family & then register. If you are a existing member you can click User Login to access the system.
• User Name: User name is the EMAIL address you have used in the system.
• Password: It is the same what you used earlier.
• For Forgotten password:
• Click on "Forgot password".
• Enter your Email address
• Click "Send password".
• You password mail will instantly be sent to your email inbox. (Check your junk/bulk/spam folders)
• If you have any problem with this send an email to registration@cmdfw.org

• Send an email to registration@cmdfw.org a registration team member will lookup your email address used in the system and send it to you.
• New password guidelines:
• For data security the system now requires you to choose a password with: At least 1 Upper case alphabet, 1 number & must be at least 8 characters long.
